Description

Another commission for Addiemal89 on tumblr!  They wanted me to illustrate them in their Harley Quinn cosplay, with a more Gotham style background.   Let me tell you, this was the first time doing a city background like this, and it was honestly rather difficult and I will definitely need more practice with them.  However, this was loads of fun to do.
