YOU CAN HAS PROGRESS!Since I joined DeviantArt I've browsed through many an artists' page, wishing and hoping that I could draw like them, and sometimes losing hope in my abilities altogether. See, my dream is to become a graphic novelist or a character concept artist. I'm not formally taught in art, in fact I'm completely self-taught, which made me feel like I would never improve in what I did.
But it was funny how a simple piece of gift-art completely changed everything for me.
The minute I saw it, I wanted more than anything to be able to create something as amazing as that.
And thus began my amazingly quick progression.
And since I've been improving, I've been getting people say to me, oh I wish I could draw as well as you, or I'll never get that good.
Well to all those people who wish and doubt themselves I have one thing to say:
YOU CAN HAS PROGRESS!!!!

First convention of the year!

And, of course, I will be in the artist alley!

Also, for cosplay list, Friday I will be Kanaya, Saturday I will be the Dolorosa, and hopefully, for Sunday, I will be Jade (as long everything goes well!)

Facts About Me!

I love art, I really do, but I didn't decide to go into an art field until I was 15. Before then, I was going into Zoology!

I've been playing video games since I was two... and is one of the reasons why I wish to become a video game concept artist.

I'm a cancer survivor, having survived Ovarian Cancer when I was 15.

Youmacon is my favorite convention, ever. Expect to see me there every year!

My favorite mediums are Marker and Digital, and am constantly working in them!

I've been going to college for five years now to achieve my degree. Yes, it's taken me a long time, but I don't intend to give up.

I'm very much a liberal in my political views, and shall remain as such. You don't have to like this, but please do not try and change my views.

I minor in Cultural Anthropology. Because I can.

In case you haven't noticed, I love rainbows- especially wearing them. I do this, simply because bright colors seem to make people happy, and I just hope the bright colors has improved someone's day.

My deviantART is for my personal works that I wish to share with the world, and I do not consider it, in any way, my professional portfolio (even though some of my portfolio pieces do make it here,) so enjoy seeing some of my more personal works.

No one is going to tell me that I have to stop my artwork. I know where I stand, and I know I can succeed, and get where I need to be to become what I want.
